Well I don't know where to start... He was such a dear friend of mine and like a big brother. He started cutting my hair in 1973 and I wouldn't let anyone else cut it for 39 years. He was always there for me whether it was a funeral or a wedding or a birthday. He will truly be missed. I am so sorry for your loss! My heart goes out to the family. Till we meet again my dear friend...

Sending Love & prayers to you all. I am filled with the memories of "More Better Than Better" Hot Sauce, pecan pies, a wolfman Halloween costume, many laughs, but most of all the unfaltering friendship and love. I have no doubt Madelaine met him at the gate with a big hug and a "I missed you so much".

My first great friends to accept me and my family on arrival to Ft Worth, Barbara and Greg Lopez, remain family even in death. Their family are a Godly example of love for everyone. Greg will be missed for so many and for so much. God bless those who remain.

First and foremost, my thoughts and prayers are with each of you... In life we encounter those people who will forever have an impact on us. Big Gregg was definitely one of those. He loved big... family, friends, life. Always put a smile on your face with a joke ( that I couldn't tell the way he did, ever) Or the generous fried chicken wrapped in a pyrex dish to the boys baseball games. I could go on... he lived and lived well... surrounded by love of a great bunch. That's the best life.... Thanks Big Gregg, Love,Missy "Misty"

Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to the Lopez Family. There once was a man back in 1996 who showed up to a small country wedding with an industrial frozen margarita machine. It was a huge hit amongst the guest. Everyone had to know who the man was who thought of such an brilliant idea for a late August wedding. Uncle Greg was that man! He loved and was loved by so many. I will treasure our family memories and our reunions. May you Rest In Peace. I love you, Uncle Greg!

I’ve known Greg since he worked at razors edge had some good time together. Lot of good memories. My son got his first hair cut with Greg. We even ran into each other at the court house once. Best pecan maker I know. Best grandpaw too. Last time we talk I told him I would come see him when he got home from the hospital. I had some pecans for him from my trees. I will miss him. Jesus said I am the resurrection and the life The one who believes in me will live even though they die. And whoever lives by believing in me will never die.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Lopez family. Greg was a very nice man, and I have enjoyed several of his stories. I always enjoyed the hot sauce he made. The best thing I enjoyed about Greg was the love of his family. He will be missed by many, RIP Greg!
